TWO BATHROOMS PLUS A BASEMENT WASHROOM

Two shared washrooms were separated into two fully independent three piece bathrooms, one with a custom glass shower and one with a tub. A third washroom was built in the previously unfinished basement. The work covered framing, plumbing coordination, electrical, flooring, and all finish carpentry.

BARRIER FREE WASHROOM CONVERSION

An existing den was converted into a fully barrier free washroom designed for long term accessibility. It has a curbless walk-in shower, slip resistant tiling, and a custom vanity with clear space underneath for wheelchair access. Class One managed layout, construction, plumbing coordination, and finishes.

BASEMENT CONVERSION AND EXTERIOR WORK

An unfinished basement became fully livable space with new flooring, lighting, and a complete interior finish. The scope also covered new vinyl stair treads, a custom built-in cabinet with integrated lighting and bench seating, and construction of a new wood privacy fence.

CUSTOM MILLWORK AND BUILT-IN UNIT

Custom wainscoting and a built-in television wall unit designed and installed to give the room a single clean focal point. Class One handled layout, fabrication, and finish work so the panelling and the unit read as one continuous piece of joinery.

PLAY SPACE WASHROOM VANITY

A washroom vanity collapsed in an active play space facility. Class One responded on an emergency call, removed the damaged components, and completed the repairs needed to return the vanity to safe use with minimal disruption to the business.
