Class One was built on a simple principle: deliver high quality work without passing unnecessary costs onto the client.

Many contracting companies carry heavy overhead that ultimately gets built into your project price. We chose a different model. By operating lean and staying hands-on from the ground up, we eliminate unnecessary layers and markups. Your investment goes into skilled trades, quality materials, and disciplined project execution.

I am personally involved from planning through completion. That direct oversight reduces miscommunication, prevents costly mistakes, and keeps projects moving efficiently. When you choose Class One, you are choosing transparency, accountability, and a contractor directly invested in the outcome.
