Project: French

This project involved transforming two existing joint washrooms into two fully independent three-piece bathrooms, one featuring a custom glass shower and the other a tub configuration. In addition, a new washroom was constructed in the previously unfinished basement. Scope included framing, plumbing coordination, electrical, flooring, and full finish work. The result is a cohesive, modern upgrade that maximizes function, flow, and long-term durability throughout the home.

Project: Codsell

This project featured the design and installation of custom wainscoting and a built-in TV wall unit to elevate the space with clean lines. Class One handled layout, fabrication, and finish work to create a seamless, balanced focal point that blends functionality with refined, timeless design.

Emergency Call Service: Play space washroom vanity

Class One responded to an emergency call after a washroom vanity collapsed in an active playspace facility. Our team removed damaged components, and completed the necessary repairs to restore this vanity to safe use with minimal disruption. Project: Leesburg

Location: Mississauga

This project involved converting an existing den into a fully barrier-free washroom designed for long-term accessibility. The space features a curb less walk-in shower, slip-resistant tiling, and a custom vanity designed to allow wheelchair access underneath. Class One managed the layout, construction, plumbing coordination, and finishes to create a safe, functional, and comfortable space that supports independent daily use.

Project: Melia

This project transformed an unfinished basement into a fully livable space, including new flooring, lighting, and a complete interior finish. Scope also included new vinyl stair treads, a custom built-in liquor cabinet with lighting and integrated bench seating, construction of a new wood privacy fence. Class One managed all aspects of the build to deliver a cohesive, functional upgrade with attention to detail throughout.

Outstanding Service during a Stressful Situation!
