Class One’s Story

Founder’s Note

Class One was built on a simple principle: deliver high quality work without passing unnecessary costs onto the client.

Many contracting companies carry heavy overhead; large offices, multiple layers of management, administrative staffing, and marketing budgets that ultimately get built into your project price. We chose a different model.

By operating lean and staying hands-on from the ground up, we eliminate unnecessary layers and markups. There’s no showroom to fund. No corporate structure inflating costs. Just skilled trades, quality materials, and disciplined project execution.

I’m personally involved from planning through completion. That direct oversight reduces miscommunication, prevents costly mistakes, and keeps projects moving efficiently. Efficiency isn’t about rushing it’s about precision. And precision protects your budget.

Keeping costs controlled does not mean cutting corners. It means running a focused, accountable operation where your investment goes into the work itself — not into overhead.

When you choose Class One, you’re choosing transparency, accountability, and a contractor who is directly invested in the outcome. We treat every project as a reflection of our name..

That’s why we’re confident you’ll see it as one of the best decisions you made for your property.
